Right from the beginning, all AINA projects have been started, supported and implemented by vounteers. Some volunteers have followed specific projects from the beginning to the end, some others have been participating just for the time necessary to complete targeted assignment like a photo shoot, making purchases for our Christmas bazars, preparing a brochure for an event, studing the feasibility of a construction project, training the nurses or house mothers on specific subjects. Many people have been involved since the beginning and still are, offering their time, expertise and availability in the running of AINA: some people are dedicated to the administration, others to keeping contact with the AINA village in Kenya, some take care of the training of the personnel in 'Nchiru, others raise funds.... Many help in many different ways, according to the time, the skills, the energy they can and want to invest.

We are therefore happy to welcome new volunteers, as everyone contributes new ideas, different skills, new points of view and we appreciate (and need) all the help and support that is available for the well being of the children in 'Nchiru.
